Kathryn's Coaching Corner

I was unwell for 5 years from 2014 to 2019 with CFS, MCS, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disease (Hashimoto’s), and MCAS. During that time, my mother passed away and my father was diagnosed with vascular dementia.

After seeing the improvements the Gupta Program made in my overall health, I committed becoming a Gupta Program (GP) Coach in late 2021. I have learned so much in the GP coach training. It has been an incredible blessing. Working with different GP coaches as part of the training is what I attribute to my full recovery. I am very enthusiastic to share my experiences and all I have learned! 

I am now in the third (and final) level of the Gupta Coach Training program, and expect to graduate to fully certified Coach status in 2024.

In addition to my certification as a Gupta Program Junior Coach, I have a Master’s Degree in Science Education and I am a certified NLP Practitioner.

I am married and have three furry children. My favorite hobbies are hiking, daily walks in nature, playing golf with my husband, gardening, and reading.
